By accessing or using the CR8DL Rides website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products
CR8DL Rides sells electric powersports products, including the ZAWES S3 Off-road Dirt Bike. Our products are intended for off-road use only. We make no representation that any product is street legal, road legal, DOT approved, or approved for use on public roads. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding the use of off-road vehicles in your area.
3. Pricing and Orders
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Payments
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods available through our checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by ZAWES to your provided address. Orders typically take 1 working day to process, followed by 3–5 business days for delivery after shipment. Tracking information is provided after your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Remote Area Shipping Charges
Very remote U.S. addresses may incur additional shipping charges beyond the standard rate due to increased carrier costs. If your address qualifies as a remote area, we will contact you before processing your shipment to discuss any additional charges. You may choose to proceed or cancel your order at that time.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us promptly and provide photos and/or videos documenting the damage. We will work with ZAWES to seek a resolution on your behalf. Refunds for shipping damage are subject to ZAWES approval and are not automatically guaranteed. Please retain all packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
8. Returns
All sales are final. CR8DL Rides does not accept returns. ZAWES, our fulfillment supplier, does not accept returns on any products, including unopened bikes. Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.
9. Refunds
Refunds are not automatically provided. A refund may be issued only when ZAWES approves a refund for a qualifying shipping damage claim or another approved issue. If ZAWES approves a refund to us, we will pass that refund on to you. Refund eligibility is determined by ZAWES on a case-by-case basis.
10. Manufacturer Warranty
Products purchased through CR8DL Rides are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty provided by ZAWES. Warranty terms, coverage, duration, and exclusions are set by ZAWES. To initiate a warranty claim, contact CR8DL Rides first. We will coordinate with ZAWES on your behalf.
11. Replacement Parts
Replacement parts may be ordered through CR8DL Rides. Contact us and we will work with ZAWES to source and ship the required part. Whether parts are provided at no cost depends on warranty approval by ZAWES. We will communicate any costs before proceeding.
12. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
13. Website Content
All content on this website, including product descriptions, specifications, and images, is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free. Product specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.
14. Limitation of Liability
